Using this site

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Operated by La Michoacana Denisse Corp., 528 7th St, Rockford, IL 61104. You must be 18 or older to place an order, or have a parent or guardian place it for you.

Ordering

You can order ice cream, paletas, mangonadas and snacks on this site and pick them up at our shop on 7th Street. Some products ask you to choose options before you add them to your cart, and the total in your cart reflects your choices.

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are calculated at checkout where they apply.

Your order is accepted when your payment is completed and we receive it. We may cancel and refund an order we cannot fill, for example if an item is unavailable. We do not guarantee a specific preparation time unless we tell you one when you order.

Payment

You pay online by card, including digital wallets where available, through Stripe. Payment in the shop is not available for orders placed on this site.

Pickup

Online orders are for pickup at 528 7th St, Rockford, IL 61104. Ice cream and frozen items are perishable, so please pick up your order promptly. We cannot hold an order indefinitely.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Because our food is made to order, we generally cannot cancel or refund an order once we start preparing it. If there is a problem with your order, contact us right away at the details below and we will work with you to make it right. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Gift cards

Gift cards are bought on this site and sent by email to the recipient you enter. They can be redeemed on this website at checkout. A gift card is valid for at least 5 years from the date of purchase. Gift cards are not refundable except where the law requires. Treat a gift card like cash: we are not responsible for a card that is lost or used by someone else.

Coupons and promotions

Coupons and promotions follow the terms shown with each offer. They have no cash value, may not be combined unless the offer says so, and may be changed or withdrawn.

DoorDash

We also sell through DoorDash. Orders placed there are governed by DoorDash’s own terms, menu, prices, fees and availability, and use a separate cart from this site.

Food information and allergens

Our menu includes items made with milk and nuts, and we cannot guarantee that any item is free of any allergen. If you have an allergy, contact us before you order.

Our content

The La Michoacana Denisse name, logo, photos and text on this site belong to La Michoacana Denisse Corp. or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission.

Limits and governing law

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will change the “Last updated” date when we do.
